Hi, I’m Jess!
I have been involved in the Health and Fitness industry for over twenty years and have been involved in CrossFit, Boxing, Muay Thai, Triathlon Training, Weight Training and Yoga.
I opened my first Personal Training business in 2008 in Sydney and since then have been extremely passionate about guiding people through lifestyle changes and helping them achieve their goals.
I founded my first CrossFit box in 2011 and instantly became addicted. I was a highly competive athlete and even found myself on the podium.
During this time I also became a qualified PN Nutritionist, Studied my Bachelor of Health Science (in Nutritional Medicine) and completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage.
In 2020 I became a CrossFit box owner which I loved. As a Mum of 3 beautiful children I made the tough decision to sell it in 2023 and move to the next phase of my business.
My vision expanded to opening my own home studio offering PT, Group Classes, Massage and Sauna and Ice Bath Therapy.
